First half of 2024 – Maui real estate sales statistics

Pictured above is a gorgeous house and cottage for sale in the Kula I’o development, recently featured on Realtor Upcountry Caravan on Maui. It was a beautiful day for touring the new listings.

Condo sales are down slightly from the same time as last year, but house and land sales continue upwards.  Prices are up across the board.  Days on market are up for condos, and down for houses and land sales.
