YES! Since January 1, 2024 there have been 23 closed sales of Haiku Maui homes ranging in price from $405,000 – $6,500,000. Let’s look at more details on these properties and see what the most popular homes are like.
- 2 oceanfront homes prices at $1,250,000 and $6,500,000
- 19 were single family homes ranging in size from 708 sf to 6,046 sf
- 4 were house + cottage priced from $925,000 (half acre) to $5,400,000 (2 acres)
- Days on Market was between 18 and 632
- Most expensive was 2175 Hana Hwy which was a 3,756 sf 3Bd/3Ba home and garage on 1.3 acres, with a pool and spa – oceanfront of course
- Least expensive was 333 Pauwela Rd which was a small house on 2 acres, and sold before listed. I don’t know the details but it was a super good deal.
- Average price: $1,852,304
- Median price: $1,400,000 which would be a plantation style 3Bd/2Ba house of 1,000-1,300 sf on a 1/4-1/2 acre of land (there were 2 sales at this price)
