How did the Hawaii luxury home market fare in 2022?

Hawaii Life has put together a comprehensive and easy to understand report that covers the whole state, and breaks out each island as well.  The luxury market did amazingly well during the Covid years, and we’ve sort of run out of luxury homes to sell!  Just kidding – there are still many beautiful homes on the market and if you’re ready to buy, you might be able to find just what you’re looking for.  Of course there’s always the option of buying land and building your own luxury home.

Luxury homes aren’t always in the sunny resort areas.  On Maui you can also find them on the north shore, and upcountry, Hana, and even right in the central towns of Kahului/Wailuku.  You just never know, but it’s nice to have so many options.  Hawaii Life is the leader in luxury residential offerings.
