This lender report gives a lot of information about the property buyers here in Hawaii, with a focus on each island, during 2022.  You might find it interesting to see the differences between islands.  Here on Maui conventional financing dominates, and we see fewer VA and FHA buyers.  You can also see that cash sales predominate for REO and resale homes, while new developer offerings tend to favor conventional financing.
