January 2024 Maui real estate market report – sales and stats

The start of a new year and we’re off to a good start here on Maui. How do home sales and land sales compare to this time last year?  Are prices up or down?  What regions are selling the most?  South Maui is now dominating the market since the west side fire event.  Sales are down but prices continue to rise.
