July 2024 – Maui Hawai’i real estate sales and statistics

We’re halfway through the year and inventory is picking up thankfully, but still far behind historic numbers.  Though the median sale prices of houses and condos differ greatly, the average prices came together more or less, in July 2024, at around $1,600,000.  There is still a lot of uncertainty about many of the vacation condos on the “Minatoya List” which is slowing sales of that segment for the time being.
