May 2024 – Maui real estate sales and statistics

Things are changing here on Maui and you can really notice it in the condo segment of the market.  Condo sales are slowing down due to the uncertainty of the Mayor’s mission to turn about 7,000 vacation condos into long term housing.  It remains to be seen what the outcome will be, but there are many people opposed to his plan.
