What’s for sale now in Paia, Kuau, and Spreckelsville?
SEPT 2019 – There’s not much to report here as the inventory of homes for sale in this little beach town continues to decline dramatically in the past few years. Buyers can’t get enough, especially the homes priced under $1,000,000. This would be a really good time to think about selling your Paia home. Let me know if you have any questions.
RESIDENTIAL FOR SALE:
- 8 residential listings priced from $695,000 – $12,000,000. Only 1 is pending.
- Least expensive is 502 Pili Loko Place in the Skill Village neighborhood, staying firm in price for 152 days on market
- 2 are priced under $1,000,000 including the pending sale at 478 Kuanana Street listed for $699,000
- the 5 most expensive are oceanfront/beachfront, starting at $3,598,000
- 1 has a detached cottage; 1 has an attached ohana
- Days on Market ranges from 5 – 709 days
RESIDENTIAL SOLD SINCE JULY 1, 2019:
- 6 residential sales priced from $570,000 – $8,600,000
- least expensive was 48 Lei Place right in town, after 109 days on market, and the only sale priced under $1,000,000
- most expensive was 316 Paani Place, an oceanfront house and cottage on 1 acre of land
- only 1 was oceanfront/beachfront and it was the most expensive property
- 2 properties had a detached cottage
- Days on Market ranged from 70 – 296 days

- 48 Lei Place – Sold for $570,000 – 2Bed/1.5Bath home on a small lot of 3,489 square feet in Paia
- 7 Ulumaika Place – Sold for $1,029,000 – 4Bed/4Bath home on a 7,500 sf CPR lot in Kuau
- 118 and 120 Ulumau Place – Sold for $1,385,000 – 3Bed/2.5Bath house and 2Bed cottage on a half acre lot in Paia
- 6 Malie Place – Sold for $1,647,000 – 5Bed/4Bath home on a 6,000 sf CPR lot in Kuau
