Upcountry properties previewed on March 21 Realtor Caravan
Thursday is the day to preview the new listings upcountry, and homes for sale in Makawao and Pukalani are featured for this blog post. There were some really well priced homes to see and honestly, if I was a buyer I’d be happy to have such a great selection of affordable housing.
Makawao new listings and open houses:
- 3600 Kekahi Pl. – $659,000 – fully remodeled single level 3Bd/2Ba home on a half acre lot right in town. Pictured at right.
- 3563 Kekolu Pl. – $549,000 – cute plantation style 2Bd/1Ba home right across from the Makawao Elementary School
- 193 Ohaoha Pl. – $2,298,000 – exceptional 2.4 acre luxury estate in Maunaolu Plantation. House and detached cottage, swimming pool and hot tub, fruit trees and tropical grounds.
Pukalani new listings and open houses:
- 49 Lei’ohu Circle – $1,275,000 – Brand new stylish 4Bd/3Ba home in the new Kualono gated subdivision in upper Pukalani. High ceilings, wood floors, large garage.
- 393 Ehilani St. – $559,000 – CPR cottage with nice views in the Pukalani Terrace neighborhood. Cute starter home on a hillside.
- 2886 Ualani Pl. – $868,000 – Peaceful fairway location and views for this comfortable 4Bd home with no steps. Some updating needed. Pictured at left.
- 2811 Liholani St. #9 – $639,000 – Well priced detached residential condo home on 2 levels, with garage and common areas, but no pool.
- 2786 Aina Lani Loop – $699,500 – Diamond in the rough 3BD/2Ba single story home located along a deep ravine, offering outstanding views. Nice spot away from any busy roads.
