Raising Cane’s opens on Maui – first one in the islands – short video

We now have a Raising Cane’s on Maui!

So I made it to this new fast food restaurant on their opening day, August 30 2022,  and put together a little quickie video.

We’ve been hearing about this chain for a while, as it’s always big news when a new franchise is coming to Maui or Hawaii for the first time.  Too bad the hype always leaves you with high expectations.  I tried the chicken fingers, the fries, the coleslaw, and the toast.  I wasn’t overwhelmed, but can say that the chicken pieces were pretty good.

They’re open from 10 am to 11 pm every day.  You’ll find them near Lowe’s in the newer shopping area off Ho’okele St. .
